Pick the floor, view and payment plan, and we hold the unit for seven days.

A refundable reservation fee secures the unit while the contract is prepared.

Sign and pay over time
Sign the contract, pay the down payment and follow your instalments online.

Buyer questions
Are the units delivered finished?
Yes, every unit is delivered fully finished, with flooring, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms and AC points. Furniture and appliances are not included.
What payment plans do you offer?
Down payments start at 10%, with instalments over up to eight years depending on the project and unit. Cash buyers receive a discount on the list price.
Can I resell before delivery?
Yes. Once you have paid 30% of the price, you can transfer the unit to a new buyer for an administrative fee set out in your contract.
Who manages the compound after handover?
Our own facility management team handles security, landscaping, cleaning and maintenance, funded by an annual service charge.
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes. Egyptians abroad can reserve and sign remotely, and pay instalments by international transfer.
