Before your visit
Do I need a consultation before my first facial?
You don’t need a separate appointment — a consultation and skin analysis are part of every facial. If you’d like a consultation on its own, it takes 30 minutes and its cost comes off your first facial.
Are your facials suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. We adjust products and intensity to your skin’s sensitivity and patch-test before any peel. Please tell us about any medication or treatments you are using.
Is the studio women-only?
Yes. The studio is for women only, all our aestheticians are women, and every room is private.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before. A late cancellation on a package counts as one session from your balance.
