Clear legal advice, and a case built on evidence
Practice areas
Six areas we work in every day before Alexandria’s courts and authorities.
-
Corporate & investment
Company formation and amendments, shareholder agreements, licensing and governance for family businesses and startups.
-
Commercial contracts
Drafting and reviewing supply, distribution, commercial lease and franchise agreements, in Arabic and English.
-
Family law
Divorce, khul‘, maintenance, custody and visitation — seeking an amicable settlement where it serves the family.
-
Inheritance & estates
Succession certificates, estate division, asset inventories and settling disputes between heirs.
-
Real estate
Title checks before you buy, sale and lease contracts, and actions for signature validation, eviction and handover.
-
Litigation & arbitration
Representing individuals and companies before the civil and economic courts and arbitral tribunals.
An office that knows the city’s courts — and its people
For more than two decades we have worked from Alexandria and for it. We know the court circuits, the real-estate registry and the family settlement offices — and, before all that, we know that anyone knocking on a lawyer’s door is often going through one of their hardest days.
So every file starts with listening. Then we write you a clear legal opinion: your options, the likely timeline and the cost. We never promise outcomes; we promise careful work and regular updates until the case is closed.

How we work
-
Confidentiality first
Everything you tell us is protected by professional privilege, and only your case team can access your files.
-
Fees in writing
We agree fees in writing before we start, with a clear schedule of any expected court costs.
-
An update after every hearing
After each hearing you get a message explaining what happened, the next step and when it is.
-
For Egyptians abroad
We handle your case under a power of attorney issued at the consulate, and meet you by video on your schedule.

Questions clients ask
General answers — not a substitute for advice on your own situation.
- How much is a first consultation?
- A first consultation is EGP 1,200 for 45 minutes, at the office or by video. If you then instruct us on the case, it is deducted from the fees.
- Can I file for custody or maintenance while living outside Egypt?
- Yes. A special power of attorney issued at the Egyptian consulate where you live is enough. We then handle the proceedings and update you after every hearing.
- Do you draft contracts in English?
- Yes. We draft in Arabic, English or a bilingual format, stating which text prevails if the two differ.
- How long does dividing an estate take?
- It depends on whether the heirs agree and on the type of assets: an agreed division can close within months, while a court division can take longer. We give you a written estimate after reviewing the file.
