Bayyina: a name that sums up our approach
“The burden of proof lies on the claimant” is a rule every law student knows — and bayyina, Arabic for evidence, is where our name comes from. We believe a strong case is built on well-ordered documents and a clear argument, not on promises.
We work as a small team of lawyers and legal researchers, and every file has a responsible lawyer who follows it from the first consultation to judgment or settlement. In family matters especially, we work to resolve disputes with as little harm to children as possible.
