2011
A downtown flat
The office began in an old flat on Sherif Street, with a first project restoring a family apartment.

2014
The first villa
We designed our first complete house in New Cairo, from site to finishes.

2017
Interiors and joinery
We added an interiors team and began working with local joinery workshops.

Garden City
We moved into our current office in a 1930s building we restored ourselves.

The North Coast
We began designing summer houses shaped by wind, shade and salt-resistant materials.

Do you build the project too?
We design and supervise construction, but we are not a contractor. You can bring your own builder, or we recommend contractors we have worked with and help you compare their bids.
How are design fees calculated?
Interior design fees are charged per square metre, and architecture fees as a percentage of the estimated construction cost. You receive a written proposal after the site visit.
How long does an apartment design take?
A typical apartment takes eight to ten weeks to reach complete construction drawings. Build time after that depends on the contractor and the scope of works.
Do you work outside Cairo?
Yes — on the North Coast, in El Gouna and in Alexandria, with scheduled site visits and photo reports in between.
