Do you handle the building permit?
Yes. We prepare the required drawings and follow the building permit through the municipality and utility authorities on your behalf, updating you at every approval stage.
Is the contract price final?
Yes — the price is fixed for the works in the bill of quantities. Any change you request after signing is priced and approved by you in writing before it is built.
How long does a private home take to build?
A two-storey home with finishing usually takes 14 to 18 months after the permit is issued, depending on size and finish level.
Do you provide maintenance after handover?
Yes. Every contract includes a maintenance period after handover to fix any workmanship defects, which you can extend with an annual maintenance contract.
