About
Asas: building starts with the small details
Asas was founded in Kuwait as a builder of private homes, and residential plots are still at the core of our work. Over time we added structural design, MEP and industrial departments, so owners have one party responsible for the whole project.
We believe a building’s quality is made in details nobody sees after handover: the rebar, the insulation, the roof falls, the concrete tests. That’s why we document every stage in photos and share them with the owner as we go.
