Terms and Conditions

1. The service

Monjz lets you create a website for your business with AI, edit it, and publish it on a free subdomain (e.g. name.monjz.me) or your own domain. The service also includes automatic translation, search-visibility tooling, and optional services such as domain registration.

2. Your account

• Keep your details accurate and your password secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of legal capacity where you live.
• We send invoices and payment notices to your email, so please confirm it.

3. Content and ownership

• Content you add (text, images, logos, trademarks) stays yours or its owners'. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, translate and process it as needed to provide the service.
• Text and logos the AI generates for your site are yours to use for your business. They can contain mistakes, so review them and confirm they are accurate before you publish.
• Monjz keeps all rights in the platform, its designs, templates and software. Templates are licensed to you for use within Monjz while your subscription is active.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any of the following, and we may suspend the site or account immediately if you do:

• Anything unlawful under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt or the customer's country.
• Fraud, impersonation, or collecting payment details or passwords under false pretences.
• Content that infringes others' intellectual property, or that is pornographic, violent or hateful.
• Fake reviews, testimonials or figures.
• Spam or malware, or attempts to break into or overload the platform.

5. Plans, prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the pricing page: in Egyptian pounds (EGP) for customers in Egypt, and in Saudi riyals, UAE dirhams or US dollars for GCC customers. Any applicable taxes are stated on the invoice.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The renewal invoice is issued 7 days before the period ends, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
• Current payment methods: InstaPay and Vodafone Cash (Egypt) and bank transfer (GCC). Your subscription is activated once we confirm the money has reached our account. We may also offer card payments through a licensed payment gateway.
• When you upload a receipt, your site may go live on its subdomain provisionally while the payment is reviewed. If the receipt is rejected, the provisional publication is withdrawn.
• If a renewal invoice is unpaid 7 days after the period ends, the site is suspended. Its content is kept, and the site returns as soon as you pay.
• Price changes apply only to new subscriptions and at your next renewal.

6. Domains

• We register domains in your name (you are the registrant) through our accredited partner Namecheap. Domains are also subject to ICANN and registry policies.
• A domain's price is fixed per year in US dollars. The equivalent in your currency is shown at an exchange rate locked for 24 hours.
• Domain renewal is separate from your site subscription. If you don't renew, you may lose the domain after the registrar's grace period.
• To connect a domain you already own, you must prove ownership by adding a DNS record we give you.

7. Cancellation and termination

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Your site stays live until the end of the paid period and is not renewed after that.
• You can delete your account from settings once you have no active subscriptions or domains.
• We may terminate or suspend the service for breach of these terms or by order of a competent authority. In other cases we give you reasonable notice to export your content.

8. Availability and liability

• We aim for continuous availability, but the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance happens at low-traffic times where possible.
• To the extent the law allows, Monjz is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• We are not responsible for third-party services (domain registrars, payment providers, social platforms) or for the content you publish on your site.

9. Personal data

We process your data under our Privacy Policy. Where your site collects data from its visitors (contact or booking forms), you are responsible for that data and we process it on your behalf only to provide the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we notify you by email or in your dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights. We always try to resolve disagreements amicably first: support@monjz.me.
